These practice sessions, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 - 9:50 am. will begin on December 1, 2020, The class is for beginners, but will aim to be useful for those with t'ai chi experience as well. It will emphasize good feeling, health and exercise. Practices will introduce slow, gentle movements and stretching exercises to warm up on a winter morning and provide a foundation for learning t'ai chi principles, postures and form. We will start on the floor (please have a yoga mat or blanket) for stretching and breathing and then move to comfortable chairs for more breathing and movement, and finally to a stand up position. From there we will learn basic qi gong and t'ai chi movements and end with a namaste meditation
