This plant-based cooking class combines healthy recipes with the freshest herbs of the season rosemary, oregano and sage. Join instructor Gail Huskins as she demonstrates creative recipes using these herbs that will serve as the perfect compliments to any main course. Enjoy samples of each dish as you learn how to make Red Cabbage with Apples and Rosemary, Garlic Soup with Oregano, and Gnocchi with Fried Sage Leaves (done two ways). The recipes provided are sure to increase your cooking confidence with these herbs. The handout will also include information about the many varieties of each herb, as well as growing tips. FOBG: $31
