We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, December 30, 2021.
Say farewell to 2021 with a leap and a jump and a hopeful peek into 2022. This section of the Ten Mile Creek Trail bypasses imposing white oaks that have endured decades of upheaval, trial and even pandemics. Their presence encourages us to keep on growing despite the odds. On this hike we’ll reflect on their example as we enjoy views of Little Seneca Lake and examine the still, small wonders of winter. Our hikes are 2 – 3 miles long on natural surface trails. Registration closes the Wednesday immediately prior to the hike when directions to the trail head are emailed to all registrants. Inclement weather cancels the hike. Face coverings and physical distancing are mandatory.
