This class is geared toward the active adult age 50 and above that is looking to improve or maintain his/her level of fitness. This is a safe, effective program that strengthens and tones all major muscle groups. The class incorporates elements of yoga, Pilates, kickboxing and traditional exercises into a low-impact total body workout. Bring a mat to class. Light hand weights are encouraged, but not required.
