Also known as "Forest Bathing" programs are run by a certified Forest Therapy Guide. Forest Therapy follows the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-yoku, a practice that allows a person to immerse their senses in the natural environment, which can reduce stress and promote wellness. The program incorporates mindfulness and creates opportunities for attendees to slow down, observe and appreciate the beauty of the natural world around them.
