Learn age-old, time tested techniques with an emphasis on core strength, flexibility and balance, as well as concentration and breathe control in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. This class is based on physical postures (Asana), deep breathing (Pranayama), laughter yoga, guided relaxation, mindfulness and listening to the body. No previous yoga experience necessary, simply bring a willingness to move, play, laugh and experience the inner bliss. Taught by an experienced and certified Yoga Instructor. Gentle instrumental background music is played in the class to help with relaxation. Please bring a Yoga mat, your favorite Yoga props and wear comfortable clothing.
