Counselors in Training (CIT) is a great program for teens to develop leadership skills, learn how to work with children of all ages, and have fun at the same time. CITs will need to apply, interview and attend an orientation prior to the start of camp. They will receive weekly leadership skill focus, practical skills training and performance evaluations. CITs participate in recreational swimming, in house experiences and gain opportunities to become future Summer Camp Counselors.
