Semi private training is when 2 or 3 people with similar goals and fitness levels train with one trainer to achieve the desired results.
A Trainer is more likely to prescribe 30-minute plans if:
- You are able to train more than one time per week.
- You prefer, or your goal will utilize techniques such as HIIT, or Metabolic Conditioning.
- You have a strong foundation of fitness, and can hit the ground running.
- You are able to do certain things, such as prescribed cardio on your own.
