This 30 minute class is for every “body”. Functional movement training is designed to support and enhance everyday activities. The core movements include push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge and rotate. Functional strength training is fused with cardio circuits for an all-in-one workout. The playground will be our equipment, bringing the fun back into fitness. This small group personal training class is limited to 6 participants, to ensure a personalized and safe workout. The program will be led by Cindy Kennedy, Certified Personal Trainer, Owner - EmpowHer Fitness LLC.
