A traditional Yoga practice to enhance the mind/body awareness. Increase strength, flexibility, balance, proper breathing, and stress reduction. Discover the benefits of Yoga in a healing, noncompetitive and relaxing class environment. All are welcome, no previous experience needed. Wear comfortable attire and bring a mat.
