- Race-day: On-site packet pickup open 6:45 AM-7:45 AM. No race-day registration
- Course: Flat – walker- and wheelchair-friendly – One or two out’n’back segments on paved roads
- Parking: Ample and free at East Potomac Park Golf Course, 972 Ohio Drive SW, Washington DC
- Race size: About 100 in each race, 5K and 10K.
- Starts: 5K run & race walk at 7:50 AM, 10K run at 8:00 AM -- 10K starts about 50 meters north of the 5K start - Must finish by 9:30 AM
- Awards: Cranberry bread for top 3 in each race in 10-year age groups (men and women), plus racewalkers
- Post-race: Refreshments to keep you warm

- February 13 at East Potomac Park in Washington DC -- By George 5K and 10K
- April 3 at Bluemont Park in Arlington VA - Easter Classic 5K and 10K
- July 4 at Centennial Park in Vienna VA -- Go Fourth 8K
- November 20 at East Potomac Park, Washington DC -- Cranberry Crawl 5K and 10K
- December 18 at East Potomac Park, Washington DC -- Christmas Caper 5K and 10K
- Members may sign up for all 5 races for the price of 4 ($40 total)
- Non-members may sign up for all 5 races for the price of 4 ($60 total)
