What's Included

Dancers from across the DMV flock to NCA's Dance Academy during the month of October to be trained, inspired and transformed by our renowned faculty. Students 4 to 17 years of age work to improve their technical skills and broaden their dance vocabulary over the course of the 2 day program. National Conservatory of Arts Dance Academy's annual Autumn Intensive Program is October 3rd and 4th. The intensive includes 2 days of classes with NCA Dance Academy Directors, Faculty and Industry Professionals. Our intensive program aims to inspire and challenge young dancers and expose them to various styles and teachers that they may have not experienced yet. The intensive is open from ages 4 to 17.With a strong emphasis on artistry, style and technique and over 11 hours of dancing, this is an intensive not to be missed! Spaces are limited! This comprehensive intensive two days from 4pm-8:45pm on Friday October 3rd, and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday October 4th in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Liturgical, Hip Hop, Musical Theater, Nutrition, and with college counseling offered to the more advanced students (by request). Additionally, students will be evaluated and split into corresponding dance classes for individualized instruction. The Intensive culminates with students being grouped into a dance track for the remainder of the year, which will be appropriately based on their level, of technique, physical development, and artistry. NCA's Autumn Dance Intensive tuition is $125 which includes a daily catered nutritious meal.
