Description
Explore Yoga's most essential postures safely and effectively. Focus will be on alignment of the muscular and skeletal structures, linked with conscious breathing techniques, bringing balance to the nervous system. Beginners and continuing yoga students will benefit from these challenging yet accessible classes. The pace is relaxed and postures are adjusted to meet individual's needs. This will be an OUTDOOR program and all CDC safety guidelines will be followed.
