What: Homecoming Dance- Neon Theme! Where: Drop off and pick up will be in the at the FRONT of the FACT Autism Resource Center 3509 Virginia Beach Blvd Virginia Beach, VA 23452 When: Saturday November 22, 2025 from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Why: Volunteers will encourage participation, model appropriate behavior and language, and provide an accepting environment where all participants are appreciated for their individuality, and treated with respect and kindness. How: Adult staff ratios will vary depending on the activities and the abilities of the individuals with ASD that are participating. Assisting staff in guiding and protecting individuals with autism is partially the responsibility of the volunteer. Description: Join us as we dance the night away on FACT's Homecoming Night! This can be as formal of an event as you make it or can be a casual night of dancing. Dress in your best ALL WHITE attire! Beverages and light refreshments will be provided. Dates are welcome to register. Tickets will not be offered at a discounted rate. The $20 ticket covers one participant with ASD or 1 Chaperone. If your child with ASD would like to bring a date with ASD, each participant must register individually. Chaperones must be 18 or older to attend and must maintain supervision of their participant. If a participant registers without a chaperone, FACT will have staff and volunteers on site to provide supervision.
