Aikido is a martial art founded in Japan in the early part of the last century by Morihei Ueshiba (1883- 1969) . Aikido is an opportunity for everyone to learn self-defense and spiritual discipline while improving body coordination with gentle circular movements . Please note: Pro-rated fees do not apply to this program.
