Come join us to move, dance and have fun! Explore your unique, creative style to "Movin' Your Groove." There is no right or wrong way to dance! We encourage you to enjoy and feel good in your body! A perfect way to nurture your mind, body and soul. Come as you are, any fitness level, no experience necessary.
This is a distance learning class that meets in the comfort of your own home through Zoom. Your Zoom class link will be emailed to you prior to the start of your class. Please make sure the student's email is correct when registering.
For this class, please wear clothes you can dance in and non-skid shoes. Please clear a large area to dance in. The ability to connect to a large screen for viewing the instructor will be helpful but not required.
