In this White Belt Course, students will learn the basics of Taekwondo, White Belt Hand, Kick, Self-Defense, Sparring, and Poomsae. Students will have the opportunity to challenge their physical and mental aspects in each section and lessons. By the end of this course, students will grow in both physical strength and mental discipline. Students who complete this course will be able to perform all White Belt curriculum and be ready to take on the challenge of Yellow Belt Course.Age Category
