The YMCA new Weight Loss Program provides a supportive environment where you can work with others in a small group setting to learn how to adopt healthy habits to reduce your chances of developing chronic illness related to unhealthy weight gain.
The, which is led by a trained Lifestyle Coach in a classroom settings, is delivered over a 3-month period. The program will include 12-15 weekly sessions, small group training and free long term group support for those who attended the program.
You will learn strategies for eating healthier, meal planning, increasing your physical activity and making other changes that will improve your overall health and well-being.
