Join the Run to the Pub Training Program to help you get in shape while enjoying some great company! The running group will meet every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. starting October 15th. Each training session will focus on running/walking and stretching. All fitness abilities are welcome and encouraged to participate. Runs will be held rain or shine! We will have a theme each week of the series so stay tuned! Each week post run you will receive entry into our weekly raffle, a free beer and a series long sleeve tshirt.
