This activity is closed to further registration.
Please remember:
- Your team?s court fees only cover the cost of 1 practice date reservation.
- Once you have used up your 1 practice date court reservation you will need to pay for them.
- The cost per court is $8/hour per court.
Ready to request?
If you already know your practice dates and you are ready to request them, please respond to the email, tennis@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov .
o In this email please remember to include the following:
§ Captain?s first and last name, captain?s phone number, captain?s email, League name, Court requested, # of courts requested, Day and time
§ EXAMPLE: Captain: Chelsie Russell

o It might also be a good idea to include one or two back up court requests just in case your first choice is not available.
§ We will contact you if the court(s) you are requesting are not available and will work with you to find one that is.
o Practice Dates are first come, first serve and we will reserve in the order we receive them.
o You may also call us at the recreation center to reserve ASAP. Be sure to have the above information ready to provide over the phone.
