Depending on the skill level of the registered students, the teacher will determine the appropriate equipment for the class. These Tai Chi equipment are stage equipment for performance purposes only.Tai Chi is a mind-body, low-impact form of exercise, often described as meditation in motion, but it may well be called medication in motion. Through practicing Tai Chi, our whole body movements constantly stimulate the brain's operation, not only help us to improve balance and body coordination which can help prevent all kinds of injuries and help us stay more effective as we age, but also has value in treating or preventing many chronic health problems.
Class starts on Wednesday, July 11th at 8pm at the Live Oak Community Center.
