Need some new ideas to spice up your weeknight dinners? Or maybe you have picky eaters in your house and are looking for a way to please different palates? Perhaps you’re busy and need some quick ways to bring flavor to your table? Sauces are your answer! But not the boring gravies and gloppy cream sauces of yesteryear. In this class, you’ll learn to make an array of modern and creative sauces, along with things to put them on. You’ll be inspired by sauces from countries and cultures all over the world in this hands-on class that will change the way you look at dinner forever.
