About this event

Take a deep dive into the art and history of sourdough bread and discover ways you can catch and create your own sourdough culture. Participants will work hands on to make sourdough bread before moving on to explore various processes of fermentation, from brine pickling to live fermented drinks, such as kombucha, ginger beer and kefir – even “live” mustard, ketchup, and sauerkraut. Come away with knowledge and tools to add these nutritious and delicious items to your repertoire.
