About this event
Discover the magical, colorful world of shibori silk dyeing. Spend 3 days learning about the Japanese art of shibori: shape resist dying created by using pole wrapping, plexi glass shapes and bound resists on carefully folded and pressed fabric. Dyes used during class are appropriate for silk and wool and protein fibers, students will make 6 silk scarves. Friday - 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM Saturday & Sunday -12:30 - 3:30
