We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, February 17, 2021.
This class will focus on a combination of skills from stage 2 and 3. Children in stage 2 will work on forward movement in water and basic self-rescue skills performed independently. Children in stage 3 will focus on developing intermediate self-rescue skills performed at longer distances. They will also be introduced to rhythmic breathing and integrated arm/leg action.
