This class helps build strength and endurance, increase flexibility and range of motion, improve posture and balance and create a general sense of well-being. Special attention is paid to bone health. Work at your own pace in a series of seated, chair, standing and floor poses and incorporates breathing and relaxation techniques. Students need to provide their own yoga sticky mat, a yoga belt (or equivalent, e.g., a necktie), a tennis ball and preferably a yoga block and blanket. Instructor: Carol Mermey
