Develop confidence, fitness, mental focus, and make new friends in a fun and safe environment learning martial arts with instructors from Tompkins Karate Association. Class offers instruction in Tang Soo Do Korean karate and jujitsu. Promotional exams, camps, and competitions are available. All skill levels are welcome.
