This activity is closed to further registration.

Many people see weightlifting as a practice only for younger individuals. What many do not know is that weight training can be just as helpful to active adults! In fact, the benefits of weight-lifting for active adults go far beyond increased muscle mass and strength. This program is designed to increase muscle strength, bone density, balance, and flexibility using hand and leg weights and therapeutic exercise bands. Equipment is provided.
