This semi-formal tennis league is designed to provide play for people with busy schedules. You will receive a season schedule, and you will have one week to play each match; this year's schedule includes additional make-up time to accommodate for vacations and weather cancellations. Matches can be played at any of the tennis courts in the CRPR parks on the day/time that works best for the match players. You will be provided options for reporting scores regularly. Everyone will be matched with someone with similar ability.
The regular season will open on June 3 and will end on September 15; there will be a season-ending tournament on Saturday, September 28, starting at 8:30am.
Each person that registers will be provided with one can of new tennis balls, which can be picked up at the CRPR office. Balls will be provided for the season-ending tournament as well.
Please use your computerized rating through the USTA to choose your playing level; if you are self-rating, please use the guidelines found here, National Tennis Rating Guidelines, to help you choose the best division.
For doubles teams, each member of the team needs to register as an individual. If you don't have a partner, please use the class named "Require Partner" within your desired division when registering and CRPR will match you if possible. During registration, if you have a partner, you will indicate your doubles partner's name if you have one already.
