Registering for this class is Mondays Only! Challenge your cardiovascular system in this low impact, high intensity cardio workout while increasing your muscle mass with intervals of weights targeting the upper body. Class will incorporate exercise steps and weights to increase your cardio endurance and tone, strengthen muscles. Participants work at their own intensity level. Steps and weights provided. Moderate level of difficulty.
