Xcel 2 Fitness uses the fundamentals of fitness to develop the character boys need to chase their dreams. Our teams of boys will be get to experience 12 fun filled sessions learning fitness fundamentals through Speed, Strength, Agility, Balance, and Cardio while hearing about the importance of teamwork, leadership, and goal setting in each session. This is an experience that your son will remember as anyone can do it, but most importantly anyone can have fun doing it! We want the boys to learn the importance of a healthy life and maximize their potential to chase their dreams!
