IMPORTANT: There is no class July 4th week Get in shape for the fall sports season. Boys and girls entering grades 7th and 8th are invited to work out this summer at Lutheran South under the direction of strength and conditioning coach Justin Haun. Camps will include 90 minutes of speed, strength, and games.
