Fall is here! Join us to learn how to make a delicious plant-based spinach gnocchi* soup! *Gnocchi is a sort of small potato dumpling you can purchase in the pasta section of your local grocery. The ingredients are sent out Friday before class. The day of class you'll get a reminder, and the Zoom link will come 30 minutes before class. After class you'll get the final recipe and replay after the class to keep forever! All recipes are plant-based and focus on packing as many nutrient-dense ingredients in as we can - but with taste as a top priority!
