This outdoor fitness program is instructed by Certified Group Fitness Instructor Emily Marino and meets once a week for 5 weeks. Sessions will be at the beach at Long Beach Town Park. Expect a one-hour bootcamp class that offers a variety of cardio drills, body-weighted strength training and core conditioning to give you a full body workout. Get the benefits of a high-intense cardio class combined with strength training elements to sculpt muscle. A great way to bring your fitness routine outdoors! All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring a mat, towel and plenty of water. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class. Raindates will be held on Thursdays as needed.
