Ages 5 to 12. Students build on their Front and Back Floats by adding Armstrokes along with their Kicks to move purposefully through the water. Students will learn Elementary Backstroke in order to fully perform the Swim-Roll-Swim technique. Along with these skills, students will learn how to change direction when swimming. Prerequisite: Students can perform Streamline Front and Back Floats unassisted with kicks, Student can perform unassisted Front and Back Glides with Kicks, Student can roll from Front to Back and Back to Front for Swim-Roll-Swim.
