Both the 5k and the 1 Mile Kid's Run start and finish in the driveway of Pinecrest High School.
The 1 Mile Kid's Run course allows parents to see almost 100% of the run.
The 5k course is USATF certified and has a men's course record of 18:36 and a women's course record of 19:50. The run leaves the school drive way and turns right towards Midland road before completing a turn around right before the MidSouth entrance. The course heads back down past the school to the second turn around before the traffic light at 15-501.
The roads are closed during the event starting at 8:45am and reopening at 10:30am.
There is more than enough parking available in the Pinecrest student parking lot, only feet away from the start/finish line. Due to the road closures from 8:30-10:30am, plan on arriving before 8:30am.
