This activity is closed to further registration.
The word " vinyasa " literally means , "to place in a certain way." It is used to describe the linking of breath with movement during a Vinyasa Yoga class, a style that includes, but is not limited to, Ashtanga, Flow, and Power Yoga .
Yoga helps develop a healthy mind and body. Reduce stress, increase muscular strength, and learn to go within to experience peace and restoration, while focusing on proper breathing techniques and correct posture alignment. Remember to bring your yoga mat and water to class. Enter Blakewood gym through door #9 . No class Dec 24, 31, & Feb 11.
NOTE : Fitness Center members qualify for resident rates in any class offered. this type of registration needs to occur in person with the recreation department.
