Description

Barre Fight is a low-impact fusion of barre, strength training, and kickboxing designed for active older adults. Using a chair as your barre, light weights, and bodyweight exercises, you'll improve strength, balance, flexibility, posture, and endurance through joint-friendly movements and easy-to-follow kickboxing combinations. Modifications are provided for all fitness levels. No dance or kickboxing experience is necessary.
