In this class, students learn the Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do. This class centers on self-defense and self-discipline while promoting a healthy lifestyle. Tang Soo Do encourages students to focus on their whole self through endurance and hard work. These classes are a great workout and help increase strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and aerobic capacity.
