About this event
Intermediate-Advanced Chess: If you are a student who loves chess, and are either already competing in tournaments, may be interested in tournament competitions, or just want to seriously improve your game, then this is the class for you. Taught by two-time WA State Champion and FIDE Chess Master William Schill, this class will help students move beyond the basics to deepen their understanding of and appreciation for the ancient game of chess through the study of classic games, tactics and strategies. In addition to the lessons, Coach Bill will provide weekly analysis and review of student games, allowing them to gain insights and overcome their unique obstacles.
