Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, April 23, 2022.
In this course students will learn components of backstroke, including swimming for 30 feet of backstroke with straight arm recovery, body roll and good arm and body extension. Students will also learn components of butterfly, including breathing, arm motion and kick. Deep water comfort level is required.
