Crafted to your personal abilities! The class begins with a 5 minute warm up, 25 minutes of Strength training followed by 10 minutes of Cardio and finishes with 10 minutes of Abdominal work and a 10 minute cool down. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Instructor: Maria Stewart, certified group exercise & nutritional coach.
