Spring Valley's rustic and scenic log cabin is the ideal venue for yoga classes. Nurture your mind and body in this relaxing setting and connect with nature. This class is perfect for either beginners or those with previous yoga experience. Participants must bring their own yoga mat and small blanket and are welcome to bring straps and blocks if they wish. Space is limited, so register early for these weekly sessions. Participants are able to park at Merkle Cabin. Ages 18+Age Category
