Using chairs as the main prop, students will practice some basic Hatha Yoga concepts with a focus on body awareness, alignment, and breathing. In addition, we will be working on improving flexibility and strength. This class is ideal as an introductory yoga class for seniors who need/want gentle exercise and office workers who want strategies to reverse the effects of sitting long periods of time
