In partnership with SPIRITT Family Services, the Gus Velasco Neighborhood Center is hosting Family Yoga Night on Wednesday, December 7. This is a unique opportunity for parents and their children to come out and learn the basics of yoga through experience. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Call the Gus Velasco Neighborhood Center for more information and/or to register your family.
