COVID Update: Mask is required for attendance. Moving fluidly with the breath from one posture to the next, this dynamic class will help build strength and increase flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
$12 drop in; $30 per month; $50 six-class pass; $60 per month when combined with Gentle Yoga on Thursdays! Payment is made upon arrival to the class.
