We're sorry, but this event is over. The last meeting was Thursday, December 12, 2024.
Splash into this low-impact cardio and conditioning class and make use of the latest aqua fitness exercises for a high-energy workout that is easy on the joints. This is a great class for adults looking to maintain or jump-start a fitness program. All levels of fitness are welcome! Water shoes are encouraged for all classes.
No class 11/26, 11/28Please pay special attention the class day & time in which you are enrolled. Due to limited pool capacity, make-ups and substitutions are not available.
