They will learn warm-up and imagination exercises that cartoonists use and discover the basic drawing techniques that make up a cartoon, such as line, shape and value (elements of design). They will be able to draw humorous, simplified faces and figures, cartoon animals, and more. Students will also get drawings and a signed comic book from the artist.
