Would you like to improve your strength and balance while relieving stress? If so, join our class to learn the slow, meditative movements and deep breathing techniques of Tai Chi. Tai Ji Quan is great in helping the body improve strength and balance, and helps relieve stress. This class also has a dance element incorporated
