Enjoy Vinyasa yoga classes for ALL levels with a dynamic style that couples physical postures, or asanas, with conscious breathing, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Classes will vary from vigorous and aerobic to soothing and stretching. Students may use a yoga mat, but it is not required; a blanket or towel will suffice! Due to COVID-19 uncertainties, the format of this class will be online via Zoom. Students will need access to a computer and Wi-Fi in order to take this class. Other materials may be provided, and a message will be sent if there are supplies for students to pick up from Notre Dame's campus prior to the first day.
